Walton Architects were their first choice for a difficult riverside site with a challenging brief.

With an 11m slope across the 2600 sqm site, we designed 6 luxury residences that capture the river views of the site to its full advantage with each residence set to maintain privacy whilst maximizing outlook and street presence.

The development maintains a consistent aesthetic whilst still providing individual identity for each residence.

We attained Development Approval for the project with minimal conditions and works are currently progressing on site by the Developer / Builder.
