Walton Architects were their first choice for a difficult riverside site with a challenging brief.

With an 11m slope across the 2600 sqm site, we designed 6 luxury residences that capture the river views of the site to its full advantage with each residence set to maintain privacy whilst maximizing outlook and street presence.

The development maintains a consistent aesthetic whilst still providing individual identity for each residence.

We attained Development Approval for the project with minimal conditions and works have commenced as of mid 2023 for Delivery in 2025.
